As a founding Partner at venture capital firm Seven Seven Six, Katelin invests in people-first companies and is deeply committed to helping founders and the broader venture ecosystem evolve their diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging practices.
Katelin has served in a number of leadership roles, most recently as Reddit's VP of People and Culture. She is passionate
about building scalable, inclusive institutional cultures after first being introduced to the concept of intentional cultural development at Pixar Animation Studios.
From film to tech, the one common denominator Holloway has found is that making people and employees feel a sense of belonging can unlock company cultures that can create beautiful, innovative products.
