Jack Altman

Jack Altman

CEO & Co-founder

Jack Altman is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Lattice. He is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller People Strategy, a contributing writer for Forbes Tech Council as well as multiple HR publications, and a frequent HR industry event speaker.

Prior to launching Lattice, Jack was the VP of Business and Corporate Development at Teespring, an e-commerce platform, and was also an early-stage venture capital investor. Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton.

Fun Fact

Jack considers himself a ‘reasonably competitive’ Super Smash Bros N64 player.

Eric Koslow

CTO & Co-founder

CTO & Co-founder

Eric Koslow is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Lattice where he oversees the Product Development team and works closely with the Privacy and Security, Data Governance, and IT teams. Prior to this position, Eric held leadership engineering positions at Teespring, 8thLight and FoundersCard. Eric developed much of the original technology behind Lattice.

Eric watches an average of 20 hours per week of YouTube content to learn topics ranging from Law to Farming.

Rich Liu

Rich Liu

Chief Operating Officer

Rich Liu is the Chief Operating Officer at Lattice and leads the company’s go-to-market efforts. Before joining Lattice, Rich served as Chief Revenue Officer at TripActions and led mission-driven go-to-market teams at MuleSoft/Salesforce, Facebook, and Fisher Investments. Rich earned his degree in biomedical engineering from Yale University. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters.

Rich spent his youth living in California, Beijing, and Singapore, where he once won a nation-wide a capella contest.

Dini Mehta  

Chief Revenue Officer

Chief Revenue Officer

Dini Mehta is the Chief Revenue Officer at Lattice, where she leads the company’s Sales team. Before joining Lattice, Dini was most recently at Drawbridge, acquired by Linkedin in 2019, for over 5 years where she scaled the global sales organization to 50 employees and over $60M+ in revenue. Prior to that she has had similar roles in hyper growth startups including Quantcast, Yume and Kosmix, acquired by Walmartlabs. She is passionate about building and scaling world-class sales organizations with a strong culture.

Dini almost became a scientist and is a published author in the Journal of Neurochemistry (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17596212/).

J Zac Stein

President, Chief Product Officer

J Zac Stein

President, Chief Product Officer

J Zac Stein is the President, Chief Product Officer at Lattice where he oversees the Engineering, Product, Design, IT & Security teams. Prior to Lattice, J Zac was the GM and VP at Zenefits where he built, launched and scaled the payroll business before leading company-wide operations. He also co-founded and led Ceiba College Prep, a nonprofit public charter school that prepares historically disadvantaged students for college and life.

It’s not a typo, there’s actually no period after the “J” … that’s just his name!

Gillian Heltai

Chief Customer Officer

Gillian Heltai is Chief Customer Officer at Lattice where she leads the Customer Experience and People Advisory Services teams. Prior to joining Lattice, Gillian held a variety of customer leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President at Talkdesk, and spent much of her career in survey and behavioral research analytics. Gillian holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Psychology from University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford.

David Cain

Chief Marketing Officer

David Cain is the Chief Marketing Officer at Lattice responsible for the company's global marketing strategy. Prior to joining Lattice, David led marketing teams at several high-growth software companies including Autodesk, PlanGrid, Marketo, SuccessFactors and OpenTable.com. David holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Josh Brown

SVP of Finance

Josh Brown is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Lattice, where he leads the company’s Finance, Business Operations, Analytics and Legal teams. Prior to joining Lattice, Josh led finance teams at Sift and Opal where he focused on scale and growth investments. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Jive Software, where he helped the company through its IPO. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon.

Josh grew up competing in horse and rodeo shows.

Stephen Poletto

VP of Engineering

Stephen Poletto is Vice President of Engineering at Lattice. Prior to Lattice, Stephen spent 8 years at Dropbox, building and scaling teams across mobile, release infrastructure, and new products (Dropbox Paper). Stephen strives to create diverse and inclusive teams, where engineers are heavily involved in shaping the products we build.

Stephen served a brief stint as an on-air disc jockey for a mid-market commercial radio station.

Dave Carhart

Dave Carhart

VP of People

Dave Carhart is the Vice President of People at Lattice, leading our recruiting and HR teams. Most recently Dave led the People team at Branch Metrics, a mobile analytics startup which scaled from 150 to 400+ during his time there. Before that, he led the People Partner and Compensation teams at Mulesoft through their successful IPO and acquisition by Salesforce. He started his career in a variety of HR roles across HP including workforce planning, HR M&A, talent management and HR Business Partnering. He loves to play board games, bike, bowl and get outside to cycle.

Jared Erondu

Jared Erondu

VP of Design

Jared Erondu is Vice President of Design at Lattice, where he leads the company’s Brand Design, Product Design, and Research teams. Prior to Lattice, Jared was the Director of Design at Teespring and a founding designer at Omada Health. He’s deeply passionate about community, emerging tech, and knowledge-sharing. In the past, he’s created design projects like High Resolution (design leadership video series streamed 6M+ times) and Playbook (and knowledge-sharing community of 6k+).

Fun Fact

Jared is an avid billiard/pool player and has competed at local, regional, and state levels. It’s been a while since he’s competed, but he’s always up for a quick game.

John Sherer

John Sherer

VP of Sales

John Sherer is VP, Sales at Lattice. He leads the company's Sales Development, Enablement, SMB, and MM teams. Prior to Lattice, John was the first employee at Appcues and over five years grew into the VP, Sales role. He's currently building a vinyl collection.

Stephanie Waldner is the Vice President of Customer Success at Lattice where she leads the Customer Success team responsible for ensuring value delivery to Lattices’ customers. Prior to Lattice, Stephanie led customer success functions in several high-growth organizations including BetterCloud and Indeed. She’s passionate about travel and has visited 23 countries and counting.

Stephanie once took a two-month road trip to Alaska.

Rob Karel is the Vice President of Product and Segment Marketing at Lattice where he leads the product marketing team responsible for creating differentiated, provocative, and relevant messaging that resonates with Lattice customers and prospects everywhere. Prior to Lattice, Rob held a variety of marketing, product and strategy roles at Okta, Informatica, Forrester Research, Intuit, Cisco Systems and Thomson Financial.

Rob considered majoring in music and once played a gig at the Elbo Room.

Juliet Strong

VP of Marketing EMEA

Juliet Strong

VP of Marketing EMEA

Juliet Strong is the VP Marketing EMEA at Lattice, responsible for creating and delivering our EMEA marketing strategy. Prior to joining Lattice, Juliet was Vice President of International Marketing at Pendo. She has also held senior marketing positions at global software companies including Anaplan, Nintex, Metalogix and Microsoft; as well as acting as a marketing advisor to a wide range of hyper-growth SaaS businesses.

Fun Fact

Juliet is a keen traveller and has visited 15 countries around the world but has at least another 15 in her bucket list!

Robert Scott

VP of Legal

Robert Scott

VP of Legal

Robert Scott is the VP of Legal and is responsible for all things legal at Lattice. Prior to joining Lattice, Robert served as the General Counsel for a marketing tech SaaS company for 7 years, worked as outside counsel in a corporate law firm, and most recently built and grew his own corporate law firm, Jibe. He has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School.

Fun Fact

Prior to law school, Robert worked in several other industries, as a glassblower, winemaker, and a bouncer.
